THE BEST RESTAURANTS
La Paloma
La Paloma is a small but fine gem in San Lorenzo, in the interior of the country. Here, a quiet, exclusive atmosphere meets high-quality, homemade cuisine, prepared with authentic products from the region; down-to-earth, but with that certain something. Special tip: book a private dinner next to the fireplace and dine by the light of the torches.

Balafia
The Balafia restaurant couldn't be more picturesquely situated, under a sea of orange trees. Make sure to book in advance to get a table on the rooftop terrace. The family-run restaurant offers a rustic, authentic ambience combined with first-class cuisine. You don't know in advance what exactly you will be tasting. There is no such thing as a menu at Balafia. The hosts serve individual delicacies, taking into account every wish of the guests. Almost always in the top list: Steaks of beef, rabbit, or lamb chops. The extraordinary concept of the Balafia will definitely be remembered!

Just in time for its 40th anniversary, Las dos Lunas in San Rafael reopened at the beginning of June 2021 and shines in new (old) splendour. The restaurant is a true institution in Ibiza; here, new guests to the island get to know the local flavours. From fish specialties to pasta, top-notch steaks or delicate desserts, everything is served. Due to its popularity, it is highly recommended that you book a table here.

PLACES TO SEE
Hot Yoga Ibiza
Are you looking for a not everyday sport? Try Hot Yoga! Yoga is known for its holistic approach of relaxation and stretching exercises and more and more people have discovered this ancient Indian way of life in recent years. The Hot Yoga Studio Ibiza, however, focuses on a very special kind of this philosophy: the typical yoga asanas are performed in a very hot environment - at around 40 degrees - on the beach or in the studio. This intensifies the effect of the exercises; the muscles become even more toned; the body sweats so much that the inner cleansing is even more successful. Booking a class with studio founder Sebastian Carincotte is definitely worth it. Participants quickly become addicted to the good feeling after a "hot" session.

La Granja
At first glance, La Granja looks like an old Spanish farmhouse, but the impression is deceptive. The guesthouse with the rustic charm is owned by a farmer collective with a mission to celebrate the original life. People who crave authentic experiences on vacation should keep La Granja in mind.
The main house has a 10-hectare farm, where lemon trees and olives grow en masse in slow-food style. You can get in touch with the organic delicacies by taking part in one of the cooking workshops. The owner, Andy Szymanowicz, is keen to instil a love of the craft in his guests and follows a zero-waste approach; every part of the food is used.
