After the second season of the hit series The White Lotus, which took place entirely in Sicily, has caused a worldwide sensation, the dreamlike destination is expected to see a huge rush of TV-enthusiastic travelers.

Nature lovers appreciate the Canadian province for its fabulous hiking opportunities, picturesque lakes and diverse landscape. Activities such as fishing, kayaking and heliskiing ensure that boredom never sets in.
Why it's trendy: The growing range of Indigenous Experiences is putting travelers in touch with the region's roots. Long relegated to the shadows, diverse Indigenous culture is one of the top reasons travelers explore stunning British Columbia. Why it's trendy: The multitude of museums, restaurants and shopping opportunities make Copenhagen the ideal destination for anyone who appreciates a varied city trip. In 2023, the city will be UNESCO World Capital of Architecture. For this, numerous events and exhibitions will take place throughout the year, which will shed more light on the architectural features of Copenhagen.

When you think of Cairo, you certainly think first and foremost of ancient monuments and treasures steeped in history. While all of these things definitely make the city and its environs worth seeing, they are far from all there is to justify a visit. Golden beaches, impressive architecture and natural therapies, as well as an insight into the rich Arab culture make Egypt a must for the bucket list.
Why it's trendy: Years of planning and investment are finally paying off this year. Among other highly touted projects, 2023 is finally set to see the Grand Egyptian Museum open in Giza. Among other things, all objects from Tutankhamun's tomb will be on display there.
