To start the cooler autumn months invigorated, the Naturhotel Forsthofgut now offers some extras in the waldSPA such as freshly squeezed orange juice and fruit skewers, vitamin infusions and cleansing and singing bowl rituals after and during the sauna session. In addition, the heat from saunas relaxes muscles, promotes circulation and stimulates mucous membranes. Treatments such as foot reflex massages with hay bath and brook stones or the forest power massage also provide that special immune kick. In addition to yoga and meditation, invigorating massages and baths with local herbs, healthy sleep in the ideal room climate in the new green room or cooling off in the organic bathing lake, from autumn there will also be a regular ImmunboostWALK with light endurance training and a cold water bath in the stream. In addition, the hotel's new woodCAMP offers full-body training in the forest, using tree trunks, wood and stones. In addition, guests can strengthen their immune system and recover at the same time with the new Immune Boost deluxe package. The package can be booked for between three and five nights in the period from 13 September to 23 October and 8 November to 23 December from 650 euros per person. In addition to the ForsthofgutKÜCHE, access to the waldSPA and participation in the active program, it also includes an activating foot reflex massage with hay flower foot bath, an immune boost package in the room and an immune boost cocktail as a welcome drink.

Lines of pleasure inspired by nature

In terms of cuisine, the ForsthofgutKÜCHE with its "Alpine", "R50" and "Vegan" lines also increasingly spoils guests with vitamin C-rich herbs and spices as well as regional products, which come almost exclusively from within a radius of 50 kilometres from local farmers and suppliers as well as from the hotel's own Mauthof.
