As the ship makes its way through fjords and past glaciers and icebergs, you can spot whales and feel the icy winds of the Arctic and Antarctic nipping at your nose. It doesn't get more adventurous than that – or does it? Ready for take-off

Guests on the Scenic Eclipse will embark on a unique excursion: the world's first Discovery yacht has two state-of-the-art Airbus EC-130-T2 helicopters on board as part of the basic equipment. For an additional charge, participants have the option of booking one of six seats on the spectacular air tours. The expeditions by helicopter head to untouched terrain.

The H130 is one of the quietest helicopters in the world, causing the least possible disturbance to the surrounding nature. Cameras are mounted on the helicopter to record the flights, so you can still enjoy the impressive pictures later – and share them with your friends.

We're going down, down, down

Travelers who set off on an expedition on board the Scenic Neptune are venturing in the opposite direction – literally. The on-board submarine takes its passengers to the depths of the crystal clear polar sea. In addition to sunken shipwrecks, the attractions include passing whales, sharks, dolphins and many other inhabitants of this seemingly inhospitable region.

On-board the Warx Cruise Submarine 7 submarine, passengers dive down to 300 meters deep. The experienced captain steers the customized vehicle with a steady hand while passengers sit comfortably on swivel chairs. Thanks to the ultra-clear acrylic sphere surrounding the submarine, no aspect of the underwater adventure escapes them.

Lean back and relax

Back on board, guests reminisce about their stunning adventures over a cocktail at the bar. You can also indulge in culinary delights at one of the six restaurants, all part of the all-inclusive offer.
