5 tips for a relaxing short holiday
Why wander off into the distance? A short holiday in between is usually not inferior to big trips in terms of relaxation!

But the prerequisite is, of course, that the little time out is really relaxed. Here are five tips on how to guarantee that:
Plan in advance
A spontaneous trip is also something nice, but you can really enjoy your short vacation especially when everything runs like clockwork. Arrival, accommodation, activities: If you plan in advance, you really don't have to worry about anything during your time away. This prevents unnecessary stress and indecision.
The right arrival
Should you travel by car or rather by train? Each means of transport has its advantages and disadvantages. Travelling by train is more environmentally friendly and besides, the relaxation can already start with the arrival. After all, one does not have to drive oneself and there are also no annoying traffic jams. But with a car you are of course more flexible. Depending on how the holiday looks like, you should definitely think beforehand about how exactly the journey should look like - this can minimize the stress right at the beginning.
Don't take on too much
Just because it's a short holiday doesn't mean you should do the full programme in the shortest possible time. Pick out in advance exactly those activities that you absolutely want to do - but always include enough breaks and time for relaxation.
Don't feel guilty
You just want to go to the spa and do nothing? No problem! Or just do sports all the time and discover new things? Also possible. After all, it's your personal holiday and time is precious. Therefore, always do only what is fun and have no guilty conscience.
Remembered
Even if it's just a short vacation, you can still create memories for eternity in the process. Enjoy the time and try to live in the moment. Then you can also remember the good time better later.
