Luxury house not far from Buckingham Palace

The successful Hong Kong-based luxury hotel brand is opening a whole series of new luxury properties, and one has found a place in the middle of one of the world's most vibrant metropolises. Located between Hyde Park and Green Park, directly in front of the Wellington Arch, the multi-story building of the new The Peninsula Hotel fits perfectly into the style of the London surroundings. Guests can catch a glimpse of Buckingham Palace from most rooms and breathe in the royal air.

In addition to the 190 rooms, the magnificent landmark building also houses a handful of private accommodations for sale, first-class restaurants, a shopping mall, a ballroom and a relaxing spa. Stylistically, star architect Peter Marino was guided by the motto "Best of British." He put together the gem's special interior using regional craftsmanship and typically British elements. Swiss landscape architect Enzo Enea contributed his green thumb and provided ideas for the courtyard.

Highlights of the building are without question the imposing entrance and the portico in the courtyard - in this ambience you feel like king or queen in person.

Top-class team

The team behind The Peninsula London gives guests an even more royal feeling when you take a closer look. Jenny Packham was responsible for the looks of the staff. She is not only a fashion expert, but also the favorite designer of the British royal family.

Behind the management of the Brookland Restaurant is none other than star chef Claude Bosi. And there is indeed one person who is responsible for the recognizable room scent at The Peninsula London: Timothy Han, inventor of the perfume brand of the same name.
