The Pastamara - Bar con Cucina at The Ritz-Carlton, Vienna has reopened and surprises with Italian specialties. These include individual cocktails, mixed according to the customer's favorite color, Sicilian specialties "to go" or as a delivery via Mjam.at, as well as a luxury picnic in the Stadtpark in Vienna.

Colorful Cocktails: Your favorite color in a glass
"Nel blu, dipinto di blu" - this summer, the drinks in some glasses could be as blue as the sky once sung about by Domenico Modugno. Bar manager Roberto Cozzolino has come up with a new highlight to coincide with the re-opening of the restaurant. In future, you can drink your favourite cocktails in your favourite colour. Depending on your mood, you tell the bartender the color of your choice. Thereupon an individual cocktail is created, which combines the selected color spectrum with the matching flavors. Depending on the colour, different spirits, tinctures, herbs and spices are used. A literally supernatural experience that delights the taste buds on all levels.

Italian picnic to go - also as a luxury version in the city park
Those who don't want to miss out on the Italian lifestyle during the day can have Pastamara specialties delivered or pick them up. Under the motto "Italy on the palate, Vienna in front of your nose", the bar offers a selection of chef Francesco Milicia's creations as a picnic. This picnic basket, filled with Italian delicacies, is available from a minimum order value of 30 euros either directly at Pastamara or via mjam.at. Choices include light Italian and Sicilian dishes such as insalata di arugula, Sicilian tomato salad, a variety of panini, and focaccia and peach tart to finish.

For those who want it more luxurious and flashy, there is a unique opportunity this year. Namely, a champagne picnic with butler service and selected, culinary luxury products in Vienna's Stadtpark. Sounds like something out of a movie, but it's reality. The luxury picnic can be reserved with 48 hours' notice only directly through The Ritz-Carlton, Vienna.
Concept Store: Pastamara enjoyment at home
By the way: If you would like to take home some samples and delicacies from Pastamara - Bar con Cucina, you can do so in the concept store, in the private dining area of the restaurant. There you can get a tasty lamb ragù (ragù d'agnello) for 12 euros, a pasta fresca for 8 euros, or a "crema al pistacchio" for 18 euros. The House Negroni in a 0.5 liter bottle is available for 35 euros.
