Every two months, The Nautilus Maldives Resort offers the Full Moon Singing Bowl Meditation. In the resort's overwater yoga pavilion, pranayama yoga - a yoga technique based on breathing exercises - is combined with singing bowl meditation. The vibrations of the singing bowls release mental blockages, supported by the energy of the full moon.

The singing bowls help with tensions and the crystals unfold a healing effect. The meditation ritual is complemented by the yoga practice Pranayama to achieve optimal relaxation. Pranayama deals with the bringing together of body and mind through breathing exercises.

The luxury resort on the Maldives offers its guests numerous daily fitness, yoga and meditation classes included in the price. Stress and pressure of everyday life can be released in the Yoga Pavilion through various sessions. The Solasta Spa is open 24 hours and allows guests to achieve maximum relaxation in three glass-floored rooms - above the turquoise waters of the Indian Ocean. The Solasta Spa's other offerings include classic Hatha postures and breathing, Ashtanga series, flowing Vinyasa, Yin exercises to improve joint mobility, or Aerial Yoga. Organic products from Maison Caulières of France and Omorovicza of Hungary are used exclusively at The Nautilus' Solasta Spa and selected for their natural and effective ingredients. Therapeutic bathing experiences before and after treatment take place on the outdoor decks of the spa pavilions.

The Nautilus is located on the private Maldivian island of Thiladhoo Island in the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve of Baa Atoll. It is one of the most exclusive resorts in the world, the only Relais & Châteaux member in the Maldives and grants its guests absolute flexibility and freedom - for example with regard to the opening hours of the restaurant, the menu and the spa treatments. The resort consists of 26 very private beach and ocean houses and residences in boho-luxe style, has three restaurants and two bars and is located directly on a natural reef.
