The Greek vacation island of Rhodes is not only popular with vacationers. Cook's Club has also taken a liking to the rocky dream in the Mediterranean. No wonder, after all, the combination of winding dream bays, crystal-clear water and incomparable nature can do so much. In 2019, the hotel chain therefore settled on the island with the Cook's Club City Beach Rhodes. Three years later followed the little sister Cook's Club Ialysos Rhodes. And because the demand for boutique hotels and cool photo hotspots is growing thanks to travel influencers, the company is now really ramping up. The third hideaway on the island is scheduled to open in May 2023.

Boutique charm

Like the other Cook's Clubs, Cook's Club Kolymbia has a typical boho chic and earthy feel. With 271 rooms, it is by far the largest of the Rhodes family. Thanks to the Adults-only stamp, singles, couples and groups of friends will feel particularly at home here.

The newly renovated rooms are spread across a proud number of seven buildings, all of which are designed with minimalism in mind. Guests will find their place in doubles and suites, where emphasis was placed on a combination of wood, textiles and plants. In this stylish place, one should feel at home in the future.

The new Cook's Club Kolymbia is located in the village of the same name in the east of the island and joins a whole line of vacation hotels on the coast. So it will definitely not get boring here. Sights such as the Folklore Museum are only a stone's throw away, and several beaches in the vicinity invite you to spend some wonderful beach days.

Gourmet hotspot

The new Cook's Club Kolymbia will not only be a hideaway for boutique vacationers, but also a hotspot for all those who love good food. The menu includes Asian street food and sushi, as well as à la carte Italian and vegetarian/vegan specialties. The three bars, Captain Cook's Bar, Bar Social and Lobby Bar, are the place to go for all thirsty guests and a meeting point for exciting evenings with DJ beats and cool drinks.
