Whoever plans a winter holiday with the whole family , must think of a few things - especially if (small) children are with them. Instead of the desired relaxation, stress often arises. Those who want to spend their holiday in the Schladming-Dachstein ski region will find the ideal conditions for quality time together with their loved ones in the new Apart & Suites Hotel Weiden. Because the Niederl host family placed special emphasis on the needs of younger guests when planning the spacious suites, rooms and apartments.
Room for development
The comfortable suites, rooms and apartments of the charming house offer plenty of space for young and old: there are separate children's bedrooms and so-called "pasture areas" in the suites and apartments, where guests can find cosy oases for sitting together, reading, dreaming and chatting. When the snowflakes dance outside in front of the panoramic windows, there is no cosier place to be. Each apartment is equipped with a kitchen, so the family can cook together when it's not time to stop off at one of the inviting ski huts in the ski area. In the evenings, guests can also enjoy the Weiden's Smart Kitchen. There, the focus is on real food from Austria, mostly regional and in organic quality. Menus with countless courses, which are often a test of patience for children, are not to be found there.

Ten steps from the ski room to the Ski Amadé piste
The location of the Hotel Weiden can't be beaten, because it's only ten steps from the ground-level ski room to the slopes. Directly opposite the hotel is a children's ski school, which awaits the offspring for fun "training". Ski students are also gladly picked up directly at the hotel, so that guests do not have to worry about anything. Everything the Schladming winter has to offer is within walking distance.

Ski school for people with disabilities
For many years Schladming Rohrmoos has also had the first ski school for people with disabilities. This means that families with disabled children or adults with disabilities can also enjoy a great activity programme right on the hotel's doorstep. The Schladming initiative FreizeitPSO provides the right equipment, finding the optimal solution for everyone for barrier-free winter sports.

Those who wish to experience nature in complete tranquillity can hire snowshoes from Hotel Weiden and leave their tracks in the untouched snow. Numerous winter hiking trails lead directly from the hotel out into the white landscape. Not far from the hotel, the cross-country skiing trails in Untertal are a real insider tip for those seeking peace and quiet, and for those who like more action, the toboggan run of around seven kilometres offers pure winter fun. Are you looking for romance? Then a fairytale ride in a horse-drawn carriage through the snow-covered landscape might suit you.

Relaxation after an active day
At the new Apart & Suiten Hotel Weiden, guests can do something good for themselves after a long day on the slopes in the small, fine spa and heated outdoor pool.
