In total, you can enjoy your culinary skills at four, individual culinary destinations: Principe Cerami, Rosso, Anciovi and Bar & Chiostro. Principe Cerami is the hotel's main restaurant and seats a maximum of 30 guests, who can enjoy Mantarro's contemporary reinterpretations of classic Sicilian cuisine in complete privacy. His signature dishes include his eggplant ravioli, in which Mantarro revisits a classic dish of the Italian south, parmigiana. In Mantarro's version, tiny pieces of eggplant, mozzarella and tomato are encased in delicate pasta dough, giving this traditional dish a whole new texture; light and airy.

Guests who want to try "comfort food" are in the right place at Rosso - whether you crave Sicilian style with a delicious arancino alla Catanese (fried rice balls with meat ragu) or prefer a tried-and-true club sandwich. At Anciovi, the poolside restaurant, guests can enjoy local, fresh fish in a variety of styles, from "Sicilian sushi" to oysters to the grilled catch of the day. Overlooking the sunset behind magnificent Etna, Anciovi is the perfect place for drinks and social dinners to DJ beats.

Even more drinks and atmospheric ambience are promised by the Bar & Chiostro in the imposing main hall of the luxury hotel, with an incredibly chic outdoor area in the Grand Cloister, framed by palm trees and subtropical plants. Here, guests can expect exciting cocktails inspired by the hotel's history and Taormina, a destination long known to the international jet set. For example, the menu features "En Plein Air," a cocktail inspired by the works of Wilhelm von Gloeden, a German artist known for his artistic nudes taken at various locations in Taormina, including San Domenico Palace. In this cocktail, citrus oleo saccharum (a citrus syrup), passito (a Sicilian dessert wine), and wild nepitella (an aromatic herb) are paired with Bacardi Heritage Rum for a drink intoxicating with the flavors of Sicily's sun and earth.
