Sophisticated diagnostic tests developed by Chenot reveal exactly what causes the body to age and what individual new ways to improve performance and well-being are available. Following this first step in the consultation, the guest receives an individually designed program of nutritional recommendations, detox menus, fitness plans, targeted spa treatments, stress reduction activities and more. Individual treatments and programs

The wellness journey starts with a series of diagnostic tests to understand the individual needs of each guest and, based on this, create an effective, tailor-made programme of interventions. The holistic diagnostics, carried out by specialised professionals, assess various key physiological parameters known as Chenot Lifestyle Biomarkers®. These look at the influence of lifestyle on vitality status and the aging process and range from vascular age (assessment of arterial suppleness), intoxication (analysis of minerals and heavy metals) and skin collagen thickness (ultrasound assessment) to analysis of body composition, emotional stress (HRV analysis) and endurance performance (assessment of cardiorespiratory fitness). Chenot Espace at One&Only Portonovi features state-of-the-art facilities and 28 treatment rooms totaling 4,000 square feet.
