Padel is a challenging and fast-paced racket sport that combines the rules and techniques of squash and tennis, played on an enclosed court where the ball can bounce off the walls or metal net. The numerous special events include customized padel training sessions; a COMO Conversation with former pro and tennis coach Anabel Medina Garrigues; padel sessions for children at Play by COMO and a communal barbecue on Lavadhoo Island.

Anabel Medina Garrigues is a tennis coach and former number 16 in the ATP world rankings. During her career as a player, she won 11 WTA titles, was ranked third in doubles and won two French Opens in doubles as well as a silver medal at the Olympic Games in Beijing. As a coach, Garrigues guided Jeļena Ostapenko to victory at the 2017 French Open and to 7th place in the world rankings.
