This is the new Kempinski Fit Room

More than ever, hotel guests are interested in carrying out their usual workout and fitness routine while travelling, and doing so in the comfort and privacy of their hotel room. Each Kempinski Fit Room - equipped with a Technogym Bike and a Technogym Case - offers guests access to a selection of the best exercise equipment and digital content. Guests can choose between numerous indoor cycling classes with trainers from different cities around the world. Music, lights and trainers allow for engaging workouts anytime 24/7 directly from the bike's console.

The Fit Room solution allows guests to work out according to their individual preferences in the comfort of their own room, whether they are traveling for business or pleasure. Users can select their favorite classes from the extensive on-demand library based on their preferred trainer, type of workout, language and music. The Technogym Bike not only offers group cycling, but also full-body workout experiences, thanks to the integrated handlebars and dedicated video content.

The "Technogym Case

Another exciting option for a training session while travelling is the "Technogym Case": a complete solution with a smart selection of equipment, functionally packed in a high-quality design bag and complemented by a library of training video content. Via QR code, guests can also enjoy a guided workout with a virtual trainer on their phone. The Technogym case includes: a foam roller and massage ball, a perfect tool to restore proper blood flow to the muscles; a gym mat - 100 % sustainable; loop bands, perfect for lower body exercises and power bands - available in three resistance levels and specifically designed for upper body or total body exercises.

The first Kempinski Fit Rooms can be found at the Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten Kempinski Munich, the Hotel Adlon Kempinski Berlin, the Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates Dubai and the Grand Hotel Kempinski Shanghai in China. "Once guests are hopefully allowed to travel everywhere again in the coming months, we will certainly be able to offer even more destinations with this offer," adds Feller.
