Thanks to a cooperation with Heli Line, guests can now be conveniently flown directly to the Rauch siblings' restaurant from numerous locations.

Neverending Passion is the motto of the Jeunes Restaurateurs association, founded in 1974. The best young top chefs and restaurant owners in Europe are included. In total, there are currently about 350 of the most creative restaurateurs from 15 countries. Austria is also represented. The alpine republic provides 37 members. One of them are the Sisters Rauch. And now they are attracting attention with a special offer.

Helicopter cab
Thanks to a cooperation with Heli Line, guests can now be flown directly to the restaurant. It starts basically in Graz, capital of Styria. On request, however, the helicopter will also pick you up from any other destination. First, the guests have the chance to admire the beautiful thermal and volcanic country from above. Afterwards, the helicopter lands directly at the restaurant of the Sisters and Sisters Rauch.

Sonja and Richard are already waiting for their guests here. They are the masterminds behind the special restaurant concept. During the day, their restaurant is an inn with down-to-earth cuisine. It's known as the Steira Wirt. In the evening, it transforms into a gourmet hotspot. Then the Chef of the Year 2015 serves his guests his signature 4-hood cuisine. Those who want to fly back the next day or the day after can stay overnight in the charming Villa Rosa.

Since a short time it shines in new splendor. Only 6 rooms and 2 suites are there, surrounded by a dreamy garden which invites you to do nothing. The historic mansion from 1913 scores with a mixture of elegance, history and lightness. Known, among other things, for its wonderful breakfasts and high-quality furnishings, the Villa Rosa is a place where you'll be happy to stay for longer.

Then you can also always enjoy the cuisine of the Rauch siblings. The fact that they run both an inn and a gourmet restaurant is due to the fact that the two simply don't want to decide. And they don't have to either. They leave that up to their guests. Traditional Austrian delicacies are on the menu during the day. For example, roasted milk lamb liver. Or Wiener schnitzel.

In the evening, it's the palate journey that delights. Ingredients like dandelion nestle up to sake, the red shrimp dances with pork belly on the plate and the dry aged chop of free-range pork comes with pointed cabbage. As different as the two cards are, they are united by the handwriting of Richard Rauch. He cooks with perfect craftsmanship, uses only the best ingredients - mostly from the region - and yet, he always remains creative.
