New luxury hotel in Palma de Mallorca

The Mallorcan capital Palma has one more luxury hotel. The Concepció by Nobi, located in a historic area of the old town, has a total of 31 rooms. The rooms are located in a building that is steeped in history, dating back to 1576. The square where the hotel is located was once a famous place to purchase the finest olive oil.

Now Swedish design studio Wingårdhs has worked its magic, collaborating with Spanish architects to create an oasis where Mediterranean flair is given a Scandinavian twist. Inside the hotel, you'll find a modern design language, but one that's also meant to reflect the tradition of old Palma. Guests experience a mix of brass and wood and timeless furniture that perfectly complements the numerous rooms and suites.

Mallorcan specialties from the kitchen

Chef Xema Álvarez is responsible for the culinary experiences at the hotel. In the restaurant "Xalest" the visitors can expect a menu with newly interpreted classics, directly from Mallorca. The chef also brings a lot of his personality to the table. For example, with his own recipes for mussels, veal cheeks or scrambled egg variations.

The wellness area of the brand new hotel is also impressive. In the outdoor area, a large terrace with a fantastic pool awaits the guests. A sauna area awaits on the ground floor. And also a fitness room is available for use.
