DELICIOUS MENUS TO PICK UP FOR THE EASTER DAYS IN VIENNA

The Fleming Hotels offer especially for the long Easter weekend delicious meals for pick-up. Instead of preparing an elaborate meal yourself, Flemings Selection Hotel Wien-City now offers the opportunity to pick up a cold or hot "to go" menu specially created for the long weekend, 3 to 5 April 2021. The order can be placed from now until 1 April 2021 at flemings-hotels.com/offers/osterntogo possible. The total price of 99 euros for four people also includes either a bottle of red or white wine.

Cold Easter menu with small delicacies
The Easter menu is a very special feast for many: pickled lime salmon with harissa-pimento cream and cauliflower, pickled white asparagus with egg-dill vinaigrette and BBQ chicken breast. The confit shrimp on colorful quinoa and herb salad is also super delicious. Mozzarella with semi-dried tomatoes and basil, Parmesan chunks and roasted peppers and olives are also part of the menu. Baguette and butter provide a good base. As a sweet topping, the chocolate mousse duo "Black and White" awaits.
Warm Easter menu with lamb or fish
A sous-vide-cooked Eifel organic leg of lamb with Dijon mustard jus, ratatouille and rosemary potatoes is the focus of this warm culinary feast. The meaty delicacy will be surrounded by fine side dishes. Those who prefer fish on their plates for the Easter festivities will be served brook trout in wild garlic butter instead. The warm dish is rounded off with an exquisite sweet. For dessert there is the chocolate mousse duo "Black and White".

The delicious Easter menus are available exclusively from 3 to 5 April 2021; the order deadline is 1 April 2021 at 12 noon. Each menu costs 99 euros for four people. Those hosting more guests at the Easter table can book an additional person for 22 euros each. For a culinary Easter weekend, the menus can of course also be combined.
