As Europe's oldest luxury hotel group, Kempinski can look back on a wide range of Awards. But nothing weighs more than the satisfaction and confidence of its patrons. And it is precisely these that have now expressed the greatest trust by far in the premium luxury brand. In a survey conducted by the German business magazine Wirtschaftswoche among roughly 500,000 consumers, the Kempinski Group emerged as the winner in the premium hotel category.

"Trust is the basis of everything, because personal and economic success can only grow from this important foundation," says Bernold Schröder, CEO of the Kempinski Group. "The current customer trust ranking confirms that the high quality standards and the concepts continuously developed in our hotels understand and meet the wishes of our guests. The excellent result particularly reflects the great commitment of our employees, whom we likewise trust."
