The luxurious private island of Mustique is renowned as a hideaway for rock stars and royals. Together, they have crafted an experience that combines physical activities, relaxation, culinary delights, and inspiring programs. The diverse offerings include sunrise hikes, cardio tennis, and yoga with stunning views of the turquoise waters at Lagoon Beach. Guests can strengthen their core with Pilates in the state-of-the-art fitness center, while breathwork and meditation help harmonize body and mind.

For added deep relaxation, Bamford spa treatments are available for you. If you're seeking more adventures, you can enjoy snorkeling with turtles, kayaking, or stand-up paddling. The magic of the ocean can also be experienced on horseback—because what could be more enchanting than swimming with your four-legged companion? Naturally, the offerings don’t stop there.

Inspiring environment

A series of lectures adds an inspiring dimension to the Health & Happiness Festival, offering visitors insights into island life, conservation projects, and charitable initiatives. Guests can also benefit from personalized nutrition consultations in the privacy of their villas and participate in cooking workshops. For even more variety, there are open-air movie nights and evening cruises aboard the 38-foot motorboat "Lady Anne." Culinary highlights during the festival include an exclusive island picnic, beach BBQs, and gourmet menus at the island's iconic locations.

Guests will, of course, stay in style in one of the villas, which, in a rare exception, can also be booked by individual rooms. This is a unique opportunity, as villas are typically reserved for full buyouts. The price for one week at the Health & Happiness Festival is approximately €9,575 per person for single occupancy or €6,360 per person for double occupancy. The package includes not only full-board accommodation but also connecting flights from St. Lucia or Barbados, as well as the entire retreat program.
