Two events will give gourmets the opportunity to enjoy exceptional creations. On October 24, 2024, there's a masterclass on caviar. And on October 25, a 7-course feast featuring 2 special guest chefs awaits.

A Caviar Affair at The Ritz-Carlton, Vienna
The "Caviar Masterclass" will take place on October 24 in the Atmosphere Rooftop Bar of The Ritz-Carlton, Vienna. During the exclusive event, guests will have the opportunity to learn about various applications for caviar, learning how this luxurious delicacy can enhance any dish based on three examples. Under the guidance of experienced chefs, participants will learn how to perfectly present caviar. Tickets for this extraordinary event are available for €185.

Epicurean Dinner Experience: A feast for the senses
The next day, October 25, will see the program continue at the DStrikt Steakhouse. Here, the Epicurean Dinner Experience awaits, a 7-course menu with carefully curated wine pairings. Gourmets can experience Executive Chef Thomas Pendarovski's superlative skill for themselves – however, he will not be cooking alone. Special guest chefs Thomas Seifried and Okan Kizilbayir will be supporting him. Tickets for the Epicurean Dinner Experience are €399 per person; if you wish to attend both events, they can be booked for the special price of €499 per person. Coffee, soft drinks and water are included.

Seifried, a native of Austria, is best known for leading "Blue by Eric Ripert" to international renown: It is the first and only Triple Forbes Five-Star and AAA Five Diamond restaurant in the Caribbean. However, he began his impressive career in Vienna and Munich. Under the guidance of Chef Eric Ripert from the famous 3-star restaurant Le Bernardin in New York, he now creates outstanding dishes at The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman. In 2015, he was the youngest chef ever to be awarded the Golden Cloche.

Okan Kizilbayir started his career in Turkey and later also moved to "Blue", spending years at Riperts 3-star restaurant in NYC. For the past three years, he has been managing "Salt", a AAA Five Diamond restaurant at The Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island. The Ritz-Carlton, Vienna is no stranger to gourmets in Vienna. On the contrary, it has enjoyed great popularity for years. With these two events, the hotel is now consolidating its position as a foodie haven.
