Where Europe meets Asia

Located in Lisbon's eastern district, also known as "Oriente," "TERRACE" awaits its guests in the middle of the up-and-coming Parque de Nacoes neighborhood. The all-day dining concept of Portuguese chef Daniel Andrade is hard to beat in terms of variety. In the morning, he and his team serve healthy breakfasts, coffee specialties made from hand-roasted beans and Japanese matcha. At lunchtime, bao and sandwiches, bowls and salads. The idea of Oriental-Asian-Mediterranean fusion cuisine runs through the entire menu. Foodies can also look forward to special dinner experiences in Lisbon's new gourmet hotspot. Cosmopolitan ambience

Apart from the international kitchen team and the exciting fusion cuisine, the ambience also adds to the cosmopolitan flair. TERRACE has light-flooded interiors with floor-to-ceiling windows. On warm days, these can be enjoyed open completely. This creates an area where inside and outside merge seamlessly. The restaurant is thus not only a new gourmet hotspot in Lisbon, but also an inspiring venue for events. For example, concerts, food truck festivals and theme nights.

Another beautiful addition is the interior design by Portuguese street artist Bordalo II, whose works are joined by lush hanging plants that adorn the restaurant from high ceilings. As soon as the sun sets in the evening, candlelight transforms the terrace in the greenery into an elegant place for dinner.

The restaurant, which is of course also open to non-guests, is embedded in the Martinhal Lisbon Oriente, which opened just a few weeks ago. It is already the second city hotel of the Singaporean-Swiss entrepreneurial couple Chitra and Roman Stern. Similar to the two city hotels, the Martinhal Quinta in southern Portugal and the Martinhal Sagres on the beach in the western Algarve are also geared toward luxurious family vacations.
