Matteo Sciacovelli is taking over as Executive Chef, while Florian Villiger joins as Chef de Cuisine. Head Pâtissier Alexander Bitz is the third member of the team and has been enchanting guests with his creations for over three years. Swiss-born Florian Villiger, the new Chef de Cuisine at Eugen21, is an up-and-coming talent who wants to revolutionize the culinary experience at Eugen21. With his innovative approach and a special focus on fresh, seasonal ingredients, he conjures up sophisticated creations. One example of this is the dish "Carta Da Musica 21" - crispy flatbread refined with a delicate blend of 21 different regional herbs, truffled pecorino, lime salt and honey. It's a tribute to Eugen21 and represents the restaurant's philosophy: regionality with a touch of international flair.
