California goes Italy: The Ranch Italy

Beginning in mid-May 2022, the retreat will officially move to Italy to work with the Palazzo Fiuggi Wellness Medical Retreat to enter into the first international, permanent partnership. With this, The Ranch has chosen a more than worthy partner on the European mainland.

The Fiuggi, a luxurious palazzo that has been inviting guests to its opulent rooms just an hour's drive from Rome since 1913, was only opened in 2021 as a Medical Retreat . And is already one of the world's leading hotels in this category.

Sophisticated and rewarding: The Ranch Italy at Palazzo Fiuggi

The eight-day retreat is limited to an exclusive small group of 25 people who are in for a multifaceted transformative program. The philosophy of The Ranch is built on intense physical activity: thus, the day begins with a four-hour hike through the varied Apennines, exploring medieval villages, rustic monasteries and wildly beautiful landscapes.

In the afternoon, strength and core training classes as well as Yoga await guests in the private area of the Palazzo - and towards evening one may relax with the daily massage. To this is now added the expertise of the Palazzo Fiuggi Medical Retreat: diagnostic and blood tests and detailed consultations by the team of doctors complete the holistic plan.

Really great: In the 6,000-square-meter spa - with hydrotherapies, thalasso pools, hammam or a covered outdoor pool - many treatments rely on the healing waters of the small town of Fiuggi. These are even studied in the in-house research laboratory.

Cuisine for body and soul

In order to transform body and soul in a holistic way, Palazzo Fiuggi naturally also focuses on healthy cuisine: Heinz Beck, the three-star Michelin chef of the house, serves fine, nutrient- and pleasure-rich cuisine on a plant-based basis. The dishes with Italian flair have also been coordinated with the chef from The Ranch. Great!
