According to the company, the planned wide-body jet will offer space for 264 passengers.It also aims to maximize range up to 10,560 miles (just under 17,000 kilometers) with an estimated 70 percent reduction in fuel consumption. The SE200's carbon footprint is even said to be 80 percent lower than conventional aircraft. But that's not all! The aircraft manufacturer is looking to score even more points with the SE200. "Not only will we exceed on all of these metrics, but we will also be able to build these aircrafts in less than half the time it normally takes to build an aircraft of this size," the SE Aeronautics website continues.

The design of the futuristic aircraft also represents a unique selling point.
