There is now yet another reason to visit South Tyrol this fall: From October 4 to 6, 2024, the iconic 3 Zinnen will host the 11th edition of the Dolomiti Gourmet Festival. The organizers – the 3 Zinnen Dolomites cable cars, the Innichen Tourist Association and the Toblach Tourist Association – promise a true culinary spectacle under the patronage of the renowned chef Chris Oberhammer, with 25 national and international top chefs inviting you to join them on a unique culinary journey.
A journey into ethical cuisine

The festival is themed around the values of friendship, sustainability, regionality, respect for people and nature, integrity and environmental awareness. Chris Oberhammer, head of the one-Michelin-starred restaurant Tilia in Toblach, emphasizes: "Friendship, dialogue, sharing, food and nature are the key elements of the Dolomiti Gourmet Festival. We chefs have a duty to discover and learn about the products of the region, to pass them on through our cuisine, to value the work of small farmers and to convey what it means to offer ethical and sustainable cuisine to those who sit at our tables."

This year's program starts on Friday with a gourmet walk through Innichen, where participants can taste two to three dishes at various restaurants. The evening will be dedicated to international gourmet cuisine, with chef Patrick Laine, head chef at the Hotel de Paris Monte Carlo, and Vincent Mailard, head chef at Lily of the Valley in St. Tropez. Saturday evening is dedicated to national and local cuisine: top chefs such as Herbert Hintner, Stefan Zippl and Egon Heiss will create delectable treats in the newly opened Bistro 3 Zinnen , accompanied by music. Finally, on Sunday, the Haunold mountain station will present dishes created for specific themes, each with a product from a local producer or farmer. The wine accompaniment is equally exquisite: local vintners will be represented at various stations.
Limited capacity. Tickets can be purchased in advance from the respective tourist offices.
