Hermann Andritsch wields the wooden spoon

The recently opened Mountain resort, which shines with modern elegance, already has the next ace up its sleeve: a mountain restaurant under the direction of award-winning chef Hermann Andritsch. "In recent weeks, despite the fully booked house, a new culinary concept for our 'Mountain Restaurant DIE KANZLERIN' was tinkered with. In addition to half board for resort guests, there is now also an 'à la carte line' by Hermann Andritsch," says a delighted Bergresort Managing Director Hannah Widnig. Especially local guests who are looking for something special should be addressed. Tried and tested classics and newly interpreted dishes are served.

A new culinary concept

"It was important to us in the planning that from morning to evening we would be culinary at the guests' score points. Our house is located directly on the slopes, so it's also possible to make a quick stop for a ski lunch," says the chef. The menu includes a fresh and modern repertoire of dishes, such as "mountain sushi" or classic "beef tartar", which can also be enjoyed casually by winter sports enthusiasts for a ski lunch. By the way, you can get directly to the mountain restaurant via the Kanzelhöhe ski trail at the "Moserlift".

Additionally there are from Thursday to Saturday an exclusive evening gourmet menu of the epicurean. Fondue in different variants is always served on Wednesdays on advance order offered in the mountain restaurant. "We are a modern and sporty resort. With our new concept, the culinary experience is just right, from breakfast and a stop for a break to a gourmet dinner," says hotel director Christina Dulle.

Daily cuisine also for external guests

Not only resort guests but especially local visitors now get their money's worth. The "Mountain Restaurant DIE KANZLERIN by Hermann Andritsch" is open daily during the season. Breakfast is served from 7:30 to 11:00, delicacies are available à la carte from 12:00 to 21:00.
