What should not be missing on a relaxing holiday? Exactly - good food! A true foodcation awaits gourmets at ELA Quality Resort Belek. The Luxury Resort on the Turkish Riviera offers its guests a culinary journey through the flavours of the world. For the new season in 2021, gourmets can look forward to several new restaurants.
The La Sofa offers a luxury culinary program
Located on the resort's beachfront, guests can look forward to an all-day indulgent experience at the La Sofa Gourmet breakfast with a view of the Mediterranean is offered daily in the new restaurant. From local dishes such as menemen, grilled halloumi or fried eggs with roasted suzuk to pancakes and oatmeal - there's something to suit every taste.
From noon until the evening, the La Sofa offers various dishes and snacks in between. These include, for example, various salads, sandwiches, differently filled Pide or Iskender Kebab. Matching cold cocktails or mocktails are mixed at the bar.
In the evening, visitors will be transported to South America: The award-winning chefs of the ELA Quality Resort Beleks will transform the La Sofa into a South American speciality restaurant at sunset. From Ecuadorian shrimp ceviche or causa rellena from Peru to Argentinean entrecote or Peruvian lomo saltado to Chilean-style salmon - the hearts of fans of South American cuisine beat faster here.
Beach club during the day, Mediterranean taverna in the evening: Galata Beach Club & Tavern
Not far away, is the second new restaurant at the resort. During the day, it is called Galata Beach Club and serves as a relaxed beach bar with a wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks: Watermelon Mojito, Lemon Drop Martini, Cardamom Berry Smash and Golden Glow Punch are just a few examples from the extensive menu. Guests who get hungry or prefer lunch to breakfast should try the marinated salmon with fennel or the seafood linguine.
In the evening, guests and lovers of Mediterranean cuisine get their money's worth at the Galata Tavern : if you are travelling with family or friends, you should start the evening with a freshly prepared mezze platter. A delicious fish dish such as a grilled swordfish skewer, fried calamari, or a grilled salmon fillet is a good choice for the main course. Since there is always room for a small dessert, you should also take a look at the sweet treats such as baklava with pistachios and vanilla ice cream or other Turkish delicacies.
