For Caviar Kaspia New York, only the best is good enough. So it's no surprise that the first U.S. offshoot of the French cult restaurant has taken up residence in a luxury hotel. However, not just any hotel, but the luxury hotel in the heart of the Upper East Side: The Mark Hotel.

Fashion restaurant meets style icon
Now, The Mark Hotel itself is not an unknown institution. On the contrary, the hotel scores on many levels. Its location on Central Park is not only ideal, it also offers the largest suite in the city - with an incredible 1,100 square meters. Other key features include iconic design by Jacques Grange. Implemented together with world-renowned artists and artisans. Ron Arad and Guy de Rougemont are just two of them.

Frédéric Fekkai is a true artist in his field. His salon is located at the hotel. Master perfumer Frédéric Malle designed the brand fragrance "Jurassic Flower". The world-famous Jean-Georges Vongerichten has moved his restaurant into the The Mark Hotel as well. The "Fashion Cantine" Caviar Kaspia is a wonderful addition to the experiences this place has to offer.
The art of caviar
"We are delighted to bring the iconic Parisian eatery Caviar Kaspia to The Mark Hotel," Izak Senbahar, co-owner of the hotel, states. "With its unique menu and timeless design by Jacques Grange, it will be an instant New York classic," he is certain. "A match made in luxury heaven," states Ramon Mac Crohon, CEO of Caviar Kaspia about the opening of Caviar Kaspia New York at The Mark Hotel.

The unique menu includes baked potato topped with caviar, blinis with smoked salmon, bottarga, vegetarian caviar made from liquefied and crushed truffle, eggs with caviar, pasta with caviar, and much more. Eight different types of caviar from several regions of the world are on the menu. Champagne, luxurious vodka, and delicacies to take home are available as well.
What has proven effective in Paris since 1927 is also going to be very popular in New York. After all, the Parisian institution on Place de la Madeleine is a hotspot for the fashion scene as well as for the It crowd. Young models, artists, and their muses populate the tables, as do world stars. Rihanna, Beyoncé and Jay Z, for example, are fans.
