Caviar Kaspia: Brand Opening in Bodrum

After Los Angeles, London and New York, the popular gastro concept is now coming to Turkey. The opening is planned for May 17, 2024.

The last few years have been exciting for the Parisian institution "Caviar Caspia". Almost 100 years after its opening, the company ventured across the pond. The opening in Los Angeles in 2022 was followed by the Caviar Kaspia New York. A worthy setting was found in the luxurious The Mark Hotel. The London institution in Mayfair celebrated its reopening as a Private Members Club at the beginning of 2023. But that's not all. In May 2024, on the 17th to be precise, Caviar Kaspia Bodrum will open.

Location in the bay

"We've created a space that'sfloating over the water. It gives the feeling of floating on the sea, capturing the heady essence of the lavish coastal villas of the 1950s to 1970s and the luxurious ease of the Mexican island of Careyes. Our aim was to preserve the moodiness of the sea, where guests can enjoy the caviar potato of the house in an enchanting but understated setting," explains Alexis Mabille, artistic director of Beau Bow, of the design concept.

Proven classics

Kaspia by the Sea's culinary concept relies heavily on the brand's classics. These include the popular potato topped with caviar, traditional Norwegian smoked salmon and the royal crab salad. Whether the caviar pizza, which has made the New York establishment famous, will also be on the menu has not yet been revealed.
