The iconic porcelain brand Ginori 1735 is an Italian original, world-renowned for embodying the essence of Dolce Vita through its exquisite plates, cups, and accessories. For over three centuries, the brand has been closely linked to prominent figures in fashion, art, design, architecture, and film. It seamlessly blends tradition and modernity across its furniture, home and art pieces, gifts, lamps, crystalware, and tableware collections. Ginori 1735's products come together beautifully in the Café Ginori, which is now making its debut in select St. Regis Hotels and Resorts worldwide. What makes the Café Ginori concept in St. Regis Hotels so unique?
It all began in Venice ...
For example, because the two brands already share another collaboration. Ginori 1735 once designed the waterfront garden terrace at The St. Regis Venice, marking the brand’s first venture into the world of textiles. Soon after, Ginori 1735 expanded this concept to other St. Regis properties, including iconic locations such as Dubai and Riyadh. A custom coaster set was created for guests wishing to take home a keepsake from this collaboration. Naturally, the bespoke collection seamlessly combined the elegance and glamour of both brands.

Now, Café Ginori is making its debut in St. Regis Hotels and Resorts with a comprehensive concept. Each café seamlessly blends art with Dolce Vita. Elegant Italian living is reflected in selected pieces from the Ginori Domus Home-Décor collection, such as the Oriente Italiano wallpaper, embroidered fabrics, and, of course, the tableware on which Café Ginori's delicacies are served. These pieces serve as the canvas for the "Master of Plating" to artistically and aesthetically present the dishes.
Culinary experience
Of course, presentation isn’t everything. The delicacies from Café Ginori also impress in terms of taste. The menu reflects the vibrancy of Italian cuisine, offering various culinary experiences from breakfast to aperitivo. Served on the iconic collections Oriente Italiano, Il Viaggio di Nettuno, and Labirinto, the dishes taste even better. The excitement about Café Ginori in St. Regis Hotels and Resorts isn’t limited to the guests:

“We are incredibly proud to bring Café Ginori to St. Regis Hotels and Resorts around the world in partnership with Ginori 1735. This collaboration combines the distinct elegance of Ginori with the tradition of St. Regis, inspired by the legendary social gatherings of the founding Astor family in New York,” said Jenni Benzaquen, Senior Vice President of St. Regis, The Ritz-Carlton, and Bvlgari Hotels & Resorts. “This partnership redefines unconventional luxury and invites guests on a sensory journey to our most iconic locations, where Ginori’s creative playfulness meets the glamour of St. Regis.”

The partnership is also met with great pride on the other side. Alain Prost, President and CEO of Ginori 1735, announced: “At Ginori, creativity, innovation, and pushing boundaries are at the core of what we do. We are thrilled to partner with St. Regis Hotels & Resorts to create Café Ginori—an unexpected experience for a sophisticated clientele. We've focused on crafting a holistic experience for guests—from breakfast to aperitivo—allowing them to enjoy our porcelain and lifestyle products in a completely new and unique way.” The first Café Ginori opened in November 2024 at the St. Regis Florence. Incidentally, the Rocco Forte Hotel de Ville in Rome also boasts its own Café Ginori.
