Greek hideaway

The beautiful new boutique hotel on Kefalonia captivates already by its location. It is enthroned above a secluded bay and offers wonderful panoramic views. However, these do not distract from the beauty of the facility itself. The twelve villas are small masterpieces in their own right. Both the interior design and the architecture are strongly influenced by the nature of the island.

The villas, equipped with up to three bedrooms, were furnished with untreated materials. Chairs, accessories and lamps made of rattan adorn the rooms. The color palette has been deliberately reduced and is dominated by earth tones. In addition, large windows expose views to the outside, facing the private salt water pools or whirlpools that are part of every villa. 

Authentic design aesthetics

While the Ionian Sea sparkles in the distance, the scent of olive groves wafts through the estate. The tranquility that lies over the ensemble is undeniable. This is no coincidence. Because the owner Maike Gruna herself is responsible for the interior design. She runs the interior studio of the same name in London and originally comes from Hamburg. Together with her husband, whose family roots stem from the island, she turned her personal dream of a boutique hotel on Kefalonia into reality with "Eliamos".

Focus on sustainability

Thus, guests enjoy the excellent cuisine of Chef Sokrates Malinganis in the locally inspired restaurant. The refined yet authentic cuisine philosophy with a focus on Mediterranean ingredients from the immediate surroundings will also delight foodies. Only products from organic producers and local farmers go into the pots and onto the plates.

Healthy herbs are also available in the spa, which pampers with a view of the sea, aromatherapies, and an extremely tranquil atmosphere.
