Zori Timeless is a unique design experience; a boutique hotel where guests are pampered with unparalleled luxury. Designed by architecture firm Visković & Visković, there are four residences to choose from: "Infinity"; "Cloud"; "Eternity" and "Horizon". Each tells its own story. However, all were built exclusively with natural materials such as stone and wood to blend in better with the picturesque landscape. A great deal of luxury and attention to detail went into the interiors, which are full of designer furniture. Equally stunning are the spacious terraces, which boast amazing views of the bay as well as hammocks, pools and plenty of greenery.

"Infinity" is so named because of its large infinity pool. As the most spacious residence, it can easily accommodate four adults (with enough space for children's beds if required); a central living room with a home theater connects both bedrooms. All the other residences have room for two: the "Cloud" has both a pool on the terrace and a plunge pool on the roof – with perfect panoramic views of the scenery. "Eternity" stands out as a small oasis full of fragrant herbs and flowers that can be enjoyed from a hammock or in the Jacuzzi, while "Horizon" boasts a terrace with two pools. 

Mediterranean cuisine, redefined

The Zori restaurant has made a name for itself far beyond Croatia's borders. Co-owner and chef Iva Tomlinović and young culinary star Siniša Jevrosimov craft modern Mediterranean cuisine using organic products, exotic ingredients and home-grown herbs, with regional products from the Adriatic and Dalmatia serving as the basis for their dishes. Many different cooking styles are also used, such as traditional "gradele" (grilling), fermentation or the avant-garde spherification method. In this way, new life is given to old classics, while new, original flavor profiles are created. In addition to organic meat from the renowned Rhug Estate in the UK and daily catches, you can also look forward to starters such as strawberry gazpacho, calamari ry tempura or watermelon-ricotta salad. The desserts stand out as well: In addition to pavlova with nectarine, there are sorbets, sensational chocolate creations and their signature dessert of figs, honey and lavender.

The island of St. Klement is located in the heart of the Adriatic near the Pakleni Islands, surrounded by breathtaking nature. As there are no cars here, it is ideal for a relaxing time-out. Furthermore, its central location makes it easy to explore the waters around Hvar, Brač and Vis: Zori Timeless is located on the bay of Vinogradišće, just 10 minutes by boat from Hvar and a 5-minute walk from the marina on the north side of the island. The surrounding area is characterized by striking pine forests and fragrant rosemary, the many bays inviting you to dive, fish and sail.
