Location & neighborhood
Well tucked away in the delightful Via dell'Arancio at the end of the world famous shopping street Via dei Condotti, which houses some of the most beautiful boutiques in the world, Hotel Vilòn is quiet and intimate, but also incredibly central. From here you can reach all the main sights in just a few minutes walk, but you can also stroll through lesser-known alleys and discover a different side of Rome. Just around the corner the Tiber flows, which you should definitely walk along. You can also reach the breathtaking St. Peter's Basilica in less than half an hour and take a leisurely stroll to the lively Trastevere neighborhood, home to some of the city's best eateries.

Rooms & suites
With just 17 posh rooms, Hotel Vilòn is one of the smallest luxury hotels in the eternal city. But it has everything from intimate, cozy boudoirs to spacious, sumptuous suites, some with private terraces and views of Palazzo Borghese's secret courtyard garden. The accommodations' walk-in closets will tempt some guests to promptly hire an interior designer when they return home. The modern marble bathrooms with rain showers and enough space for two also leave nothing to be desired. In addition, the suites are equipped with a bathtub.
Food & Drinks
With Adelaide, the hotel also has a first-class restaurant serving Italian cuisine at the highest level. Named after Princess Borghese, the restaurant pays tribute to Italian tradition. The gourmet menu, created by Executive Chef Gabriele Muro, combines different accents of Italy's Mediterranean cuisine with modern influences. With his creative and impeccable menu, the 24-year-old chef has turned out to be an absolutely exceptional talent who undoubtedly has a great culinary career ahead of him.

Its creative dishes vary depending on the season; with regional produce of the highest quality. With its elegant flavors and fidelity to Roman culinary art, the restaurant has also established itself as a culinary hotspot among locals. In warm weather, guests also enjoy their meals on the terrace in a uniquely bohemian atmosphere.

Muro's young and fresh approach comes out in the names of his dishes, testifying to the restaurant's forward-thinking vision: his fish variation "A Tutto Rombo" (in English: everything rumbles), the octopus "Sotto Coperto" (in English: under the cover) hidden under broccoli leaves, or the "Brontolo" dessert, visually inspired by Growler from the Seven Dwarfs, raise questions as you study the menu, which the young chef answers with unexpected explosions of flavor.
Service & Amenities
The manageable number of 17 rooms allows the staff to devote their undivided attention to the guests.
