This January, the Veganuary movement celebrates its tenth birthday. Originally founded by private individuals to promote veganism, 706,965 people signed up to the official Veganuary Challenge on the initiative's website last year. The Scottish Highlands stretch out around the vegan hotel. They are a place of energy, an outdoor playground and the very source from which much of the food used comes from. Guests can relax in the yoga yurt in the garden, in the hot tub or head to Edinburgh, around 1.5 hours away, for a change of scenery. Of course, even the room furnishings and care products are vegan.
