A gastronomic affair
Terre Blance's five restaurants, under the direction of Executive Chef Christophe Schmitt, build on the best of Provençal cuisine. For his traditional dishes with an innovative twist, the chef uses as many regional ingredients from the best origins as possible. The hotel has a unique bread oven that allows it to bake 17 different types of bread, offering guests an authentic taste of the regional "boulangerie."

The five restaurants include the contemporary Le Faventia, serving French cuisine of the highest standard; the relaxed Le Gaudina, serving modern delicacies all day in a pleasant atmosphere; the summery Le Tousco, near the infinity pool, offering grilled bites at lunchtime between May and September; the varied Le Caroubiers, where golfers enjoy lunch; and the delightful Le Patio, where people meet for breakfast on the sun terrace and sip cocktails to lounge music in the evening.

A paradise for golfers
Terre Blanche is a prime destination for golf professionals and amateurs from around the world. The two 18-hole championship golf courses, designed by Welsh architect Dave Thomas, are considered by many to be the showpiece of the property. The first of the two courses, "Le Château," is 6616 yards long and features spectacular water features, ravines, large, fast-playing greens and large white sand bunkers. Here the best players are rewarded for their precision and the length of their shots. The second course, "Le Riou", is 6005 meters long and accessible only to hotel guests and club members. With its steep fairways and sophisticated greens, this course is both technically challenging and entertaining.
