In the 60s, Ibiza was a popular destination for hippies, who really dug the relaxed vibe of the island. Today, their influence can still be found in the numerous hippy markets, which beckon with handmade products and other curios. Punta Arabí is the most famous of them and should be on every bucket list, but Las Dalias is also highly recommended. In addition to the Hippy Market on Saturdays, the Night Market from Sunday to Tuesday is an eclectic highlight for shoppers looking for special pieces and unusual bargains.

Of course, Ibiza has no shortage of cool fashion and luxurious boutiques. Santa Gertrudis in the interior of the island is home to the concept store La Galeria Elefante which offers summery clothing and unique home furnishings. Fashionistas and luxury lovers will feel like they are in paradise, especially at the port of Ibiza Town, where all the top brands from Louis Vuitton to Loewe are represented with fabulous boutiques.
