Honorable mention: Jardines de Sabatini
Madrid's Royal Palace is twice the size of Buckingham Palace or Versailles. It's an impressive sight to behold from the exclusive rooftop of the Jardines de Sabatini Apartosuites - and one that makes up for the somewhat unusual greenery on the roof terrace. But the Sabatini won us over at the latest with the delicious, reasonably priced tapas and the many gin drinks. Reservations recommended!
