Apart from its excellent location in the heart of the city, just a few steps from the Duomo, the hotel scores with incomparable service. From arrival to check-out, everything is smooth sailings. The attentive staff has a knack for anticipating the guests' wishes. In addition, the hotel has the largest indoor pool in Milan and a great spa.
Location & neighborhood
Despite Milan's noisy streets, the hotel at the center is an oasis of calm. © Mandarin Oriental
The Mandarin Oriental's Milan neighborhood couldn't be more exclusive. The high-fashion boutiques of the Quadrilatero District are right next door. Thanks to its perfect location, the hotel's immediate surroundings are extremely quiet. And yet, you're only a few steps away from the city's major sights. Guests can reach the Duomo, La Scala and the lively heart of the city in just a few minutes.
Ambience & Service
Antonio Guida's restaurant Seta has been awarded with two Michelin stars. The service here is also impeccable. © Mandarin Oriental
The personalized and impeccable service is one of the hotel's most outstanding features. Every member of the team is dedicated to ensuring an unforgettable stay. The concierge, for example, is available around the clock, even via WhatsApp. They organize trips in vintage cars as well as private shopping tours and museum visits.

The Mandarin Oriental Milan is housed in a total of four elegant buildings that date back to the 18th century. The ensemble is reminiscent of a Milanese residence with two lush courtyards. Pastel-colored walls also reference classic Milanese flair. Small details, such as doorknobs reminiscent of gongs or silk fabrics, pay homage to the hotel group's Oriental-Asian heritage. The bar, in daring black and white, adds contemporary elements to the property.
Rooms & suites

The 70 rooms and 34 suites shine in classic Mandarin Oriental style with Italian elements. Oak parquet flooring and custom-made furniture underscore the elegant, cosmopolitan ambience. The spacious bathrooms impress with freestanding bathtubs, rain showers, and lots of marble. The color palette is dominated by soothing neutral tones, interspersed with accents of purple. Two of the suites breathe Milan like no other: their décor was inspired Italian design legends Giò Ponti and Piero Fornasetti.
Gastronomy

The breakfast buffet, beautifully set in one of the courtyards, scores with a wide selection. The Mandarin Garden also serves Italian delicacies for lunch and dinner. Fine dining connoisseurs will appreciate Seta for its modern interpretations of classics from Bella Italia. Chef Antonio Guida and his team have been awarded two Michelin stars for their craft. The lush courtyard provides the perfect backdrop as you watch the chefs at work through floor-to-ceiling windows.
Spa & Fitness
The hotel has the longest indoor pool in Milan. © Mandarin Oriental
The Mandarin Oriental Milan is not a spa hotel, but its wellness offering is outstanding nonetheless. Due to its Feng Shui philosophy, the wellness area feels immediately relaxing. Guests are pampered by knowledgeable experts in six treatment rooms. We particularly recommend the signature treatments Dòmm Milan and Italian Beauty. Active guests can take advantage of Milan's longest indoor pool or head to the gym, which is equipped with the latest Technogym gear.
Amenities
The Fornasetti Suite is extraordinary - a tribute to the city. © Mandarin Oriental
For young guests, the hotel provides cradles and bathrobes, as well as small bath shoes, toys and baby tubs. They even have special amenity kits for children. To ensure that the little ones remain entertained, there's game consoles and DVDs. The concierge team is also happy to organize special city tours for families and cooking classes for children.
