The spa is laid out on four levels and is divided into family and adult areas. The family area includes an indoor and outdoor pool and a family sauna. The indoor sports pool is covered in tonalite and inspired by the reflections in mountain streams. The indoor and outdoor pools, on the other hand, blend into the landscape, as does the large whirlpool. Mineral treatments can be booked in the salt water lake and in the salt grotto. Traditional Chinese medicine has used the power of nature to restore the flow of energy for centuries: When everything moves unhindered, good health is the result. During the program, the two energy poles are optimized: On day one, activities and therapeutic treatments concentrate on yin energy, which is associated with cold, memory and darkness. Day two focuses on yang energy, which represents for growth, light and warmth. The program starts with a specific introduction so that participants are fully informed. This is followed by an individual fitness consultation and custom phytotherapy for each participant.

Harmonious well-being

The Yin day starts with a coordinated outdoor activity. This is followed by the black turtle energy massage. It nourishes the body and balances energy lines. The Black Turtle path in the spa provides a sense of calm, with swimming in the salt water lake, relaxation in the salt grotto, a peeling and mud therapy. Herbal tea made from elderflower and horsetail serves as refreshment.

The Yang day also starts with an outdoor activity before moving on to a Red Phoenix energy massage, which affects the energy lines of the heart. Olive oil infused with essential oils of lavender or rose and neroli or verbena is used to evoke a feeling of energy and refreshment. The Red Phoenix Path in the spa is a dry and hot zone consisting of Finnish saunas. Guests can try sauna stretching here: Gentle movements, heat, essential oils and breathing exercises release tension, calm the muscles and eliminate toxins. The fresh lavender and passion flower tea is delicious.
