The nature cuisine philosophy is at the heart of Höflehner's culinary art. It's all about high-quality ingredients and sustainable purchasing decisions - especially when it comes to meat and fish. Only honest products make it on the table. Thereby three philosophies are taken into account: Gerhard's healthy delicacies, Katrin's creative cuisine and Höflehner's home cooking. The gourmet board lavishly treats its guests from breakfast up to the dinner. The best taste experience is just good enough for the chef, and in the process he practices his arts in the fine dining restaurant "H11Siebzehn." There, dishes are created with a bold dose of creativity for extraordinary taste.
