One of the most romantic dinner experiences in the world
Already the terrace of the Element impresses with a particularly romantic ambience. The dining experience becomes even more exclusive and private when couples choose to dine directly on the beach in one of the two pavilions. "Every day in the Elements Restaurant we can observe how the stress of everyday life recedes into the distance and couples enjoy our dishes in romantic togetherness against the dreamlike backdrop of Eagle Beach," enthuses head chef Marc Giesbers.

The Elements menu offers a diverse and innovative cuisine for every taste. A new culinary highlight, for example, is a menu that entices with traditional dishes from Aruba and the Caribbean, whose recipes have been passed down from generation to generation. Elements Restaurants is also known for its vegetarian and vegan menus.
An excellent wine list
The resort's exquisite wine selection was also recognized, as it won over the discerning judges to claim the Wine Spectator 2021 Award of Excellence. Marc Giesbers explains that last year, their guests mainly chose familiar wine brands, but this year, there are to be some changes. Younger guests in particular are said to have increased their demand for sustainably produced wines. Fitting for the only CO2-neutral resort in the Caribbean, as in 2016 Green Globe named it the world's most environmentally friendly resort.
