In December, Maria Alm transforms into a veritable winter paradise. With several slopes in the immediate vicinity such as the large "Ski amadé" network which includes the Salzburg Sport World, Schladming-Dachstein, Gastein, Hochkönig and Grossarltal as well as Saalbach-Hinterglemm and the Schmittenhöhe, winter sports lovers are spoiled for choice. The nearest ski lift is only a few steps away from the hotel.
