Ultra-chic ship design in the style of a luxury yacht, 461 elegant suites with sea views and Italian interior design, a holistic wellness offering and spacious pool decks are just the cherry on top of an Explora Journeys voyage. The gastronomic offering sets the luxury cruise line apart from its competitors. On board the EXPLORA I and, from August, the EXPLORA II, you can enjoy world-class fine dining. And it's completely relaxed, with no dress code, fixed table times, or restaurant assignments. But it's almost unlimited all-inclusive, so you don't have to miss out on any of the countless moments of pleasure.

Delicacies from all over the world

Both ships have 18 upscale restaurants, bars and lounges that celebrate international talent and the highest quality ingredients from the regions visited, ensuring variety. You can enjoy pan-Asian cuisine at Sakura, the best cuts of rare meat from sustainable breeding at Marble & Co. Grill steakhouse, the finest French cuisine at Fil Rouge, Mediterranean delicacies at Med Yacht Club and a colorful selection at the ship's own marketplace Emporium Marketplace. Almost all meals and drinks are already included in the cruise price. Only in the Anthology - the undisputed highlight of the on-board restaurants - you'll have to pay an experience fee.

Some of the world's most talented chefs regularly perform on board the EXPLORA I and delight guests with their award-winning cuisine - including three-star chef Mauro Uliassi and two-star chef Emma Bengtsson. This year, guests can look forward to unforgettable culinary moments from chef Claude Le Tohic, whose restaurant ,,O' by Claude Le Tohic in San Francisco has been awarded a Michelin star. His seven-course tasting menus include cannelloni with scallops, black truffles and parmesan foam and his signature A5 Japanese Wagyu with a vegetable bouquet and black garlic. Whether indoors or with a gentle breeze on deck, an unforgettable dinner is guaranteed.

It's perfect for discerning guests, gourmets, fine dining aficionados and all those who appreciate a high-quality and varied culinary offering.
A highlight is the on-board restaurant Anthology, which regularly takes award-winning star chefs on voyages who spoil guests with incomparable top cuisine.
The most beautiful routes are a transatlantic journey from Miami via Morocco to Barcelona; a voyage of discovery through Sicily and the Greek south from Barcelona to Athens; a trip into the history of Greece and along Croatian coasts from Athens to Venice; a journey to the emerald green lagoons of the Adriatic from Athens via the Venetian lagoon and back to Athens again.
