A wellness oasis in the middle of a spruce forest: The Saltus focuses on intensive encounters with nature. The Forest Spa features saunas and a yoga room, accompanied by the scent of fresh moss; in the relaxation room, you can look through the open ceiling into the treetops. Particularly exciting is the new hay sauna, which harks back to ancient traditions. The Forest Spa is 99 percent chemical-free and has been gently integrated into the forest. The sky pools contain natural mountain water that is heated all year-round. Silence is a central concern at Saltus; daily introductions to relaxation techniques are offered, as well as forest bathing and Qigong. In South Tyrol's first eco-hotel, sustainability runs like a thread through all areas, from breakfast to arrival: Those who come by train receive a five percent discount on the overnight rate.

In the Vinschgau Valley you can look forward to a luxurious new addition among the eco-friendly hotels: The 13 EcoSuites and 14 apartments offer modern design and sustainable materials, local woods and natural stone provide a minimalist-comfortable ambience. The Adults-only boutique hotel focuses on tranquility and relaxation, freely following the motto: Everything's allowed, nothing's mandatory. Many retreat oases offer a dreamlike view of the mountains, which can be explored during hikes, bike tours or skiing in winter. The spacious wellness oasis places particular emphasis on quality and sustainability: the high-quality care products come from Saint Charles, hexagonal water comes out of the tap and reduced electrosmog ensures an incomparable living environment. In the Eco Suites Amaril, enjoyment and regionality are also top priorities: Here you can indulge yourself and discover the diverse flavors of the Vinschgau.

Nature Hotel Lüsnerhof

The location already lets you breathe a sigh of relief: At 1100 meters above sea level, there's the Lüsnerhof, windless and sunny, nestled in the surrounding meadows and forests. Swiss pine and larch wood from the Lüsner forests and high-quality natural materials dominate the sustainable architecture. In the spacious wellness garden there are several spa stations and numerous quiet corners. The longest sauna path in the Alps is unique - with water worlds, two separate bath houses with brine floating grotto, Kneipp facility at Gargittbachl and a sweat cave located at the edge of the forest. Guided hikes to the secret spots of the Lüsner Alm and the Dolomites are on the daily program; the sunrise tour and the mindfulness hikes are particularly popular. In the weekly natural cosmetics workshop, herbal mysticism meets modern care, and centuries-old recipes from the old Lüsner medical family Ragginer are taken as a model. Cooking is mainly done with regional and seasonal products from the surrounding area - or from the new organic vegetable field on 2,000 square meters.
