Even when the Villa Soleil - the original name of the hotel - opened its doors in 1863, it was considered a special house. For here first writers retreated. In 1870, it welcomed guests as a hotel for the first time. By 1889, it was a coveted retreat for the international jet set. Ernest Hemingway felt as much at home here as Marlene Dietrich, Pablo Picasso, F. Scott Fitzgerald or Wallis Simpson. About a decade ago, the hotel became a member of the prestigious Oetker Collection. And as such, it can now announce a special renovation. Because the new wellness area is a Dior Spa now.

Hôtel du Cap-Eden-Roc meets DIOR

When the Mediterranean lifestyle of the Côte d'Azur meets Parisian lifestyle, the result is a unique blend of lightness and elegance. The new Dior Spa at the Hôtel du Cap-Eden-Roc is emblematic of these two worlds. For example, roses run through the spa's design like a common thread. The spa is located in the shade of imposing Aleppo pines. A reception room in bright sandy tones additionally brings nature inside. For they are inspired by the rocks on which the hotel is perched. The exclusive perfume Eden-Roc from the Collection Privée Christian Dior is also available in the spa's boutique. In addition, the new Solar skin care line and make-up are available here.

Oasis for the senses

The discreet luxury of the spa ensures that you feel good all around. The treatment rooms are located on a terrace. This scores with a maximum of privacy and many mediterranean plants. Soft lighting, atmospheric details and relaxing loungers whisk you away to wellness heaven. Another special feature is the Onyx shower room. Here, you can experience soothing hydrotherapy treatments.

The special Iyashi Dôme treatment room, inspired by Japanese treatments, is specifically designed to rebalance, cleanse and detoxify the body. Surrounded by roses, you can enjoy treatments in the Treatment Pavilion amidst nature. A historic cabana is available as another retreat.

"Dioriginels" rituals

Also designed by Dior, special Dioriginels rituals await guests. Four in number, they are inspired by the four characteristic natural beauties of the hotel: rock, sea, garden and sun. For example, Escale à Eden-Roc serves as a reset treatment. It harmonizes with the power of semi-precious stones.

Enfleurage Corporel includes gentle massages and scrubs. Its protagonists are the flowers of the garden and their healing effect. Water comes into play in the form of hydotherapy. In the Roc Affusion ritual, one works with jets of water of different strengths. No matter which of the numerous treatments or four Dioriginels you'll choose: a visit to the Dior Spa touches the soul and is a special experience.
