You've already made a name for yourself in Berlin with dazzling New Year's receptions for Lufthansa and glamorous events for Armani Beauty and other high-profile clients. What makes "Wild & Wiese" special?
Our concept differs from others as we don't just offer catering, but are a full-service event agency. From conception to final implementation, we specialize in making unique events possible. However, our main focus is still on excellent food and custom menus. Moreover, we are not just active in Berlin – we've created events for clients in Hamburg, Cologne, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt and Stuttgart.

How did the idea for "Wild & Wiese" come about?
I've always loved cooking and being a host. I also worked for an event agency for a while. At some point, I wanted to combine this with my passion for art and music. So, in 2015 I started hosting pop-up dinners, which initially had no commercial focus. These had covers for 100 to 150 people, and featured DJs and live acts. The first ones took place at Stadtbad Wedding in Berlin and later at various other locations. The response was so overwhelming that our guests soon started booking us for their own events. In the beginning, there were two of us, but now we have ten employees and a new creative director, Rainer Fleske, who brings fresh ideas to the table.
Who is your primary target audience?
Primarily, we serice B2B customers from various industries who entrust us with event planning for conferences, company celebrations or meetings. But we also offer sustainable event concepts to cultural and social organizations. We also work for private individuals who are planning larger events such as weddings, birthday parties or anniversaries and require high-quality, creative catering. We are happy to enter into partnerships with event planners and agencies who would like to offer catering services as part of a complete solution for various events and celebrations.

How do you seperate yourself from the competition?
We focus on personal, highly customized service. Each order is individually planned and tailor-made to the needs of our customers. Our menus feature innovative recipes and classic dishes with creative twists – always using fresh, seasonal ingredients of the highest quality and tailored to the theme of the event. What our customers really appreciate is our comprehensive range of services. We work with them to develop the entire event concept: finding the right location, managing the schedule and guest list, taking care of all the equipment and decorations, as well as creating cultural programs and booking artists. With our many years of experience and a well-coordinated team, we ensure that every event, large or small, runs smoothly. A one-stop shop for all your event needs, so to speak.
Which of your events was particularly memorable to you?
It's impossible for me to decide. But the three-course dinner that we organized for Armani Beauty during the Berlinale, including an after-show party in the "Pressecafé", was very special.

What consistently drives you and your team to excellence?
The positive and easy-going atmosphere that enables us to always appear relaxed, yet professional, at events. With long-standing employees who have been with "Wild & Wiese" for years, we are a well-coordinated team. At the same time, newer employees have brought a breath of fresh air to our company. A strong team spirit enables us to act calmly and confidently even in stressful situations, allowing us to devote ourselves to new events with enthusiasm.
