Sweet and healthy: Simply Raw Bakery
Where. Drahtgasse 2, 1010
Brunch Time? Monday to Saturday, until 14:00 each day
Web: simplyrawbakery.com
Really sweet: Gabriele invites you to the table at Simply Raw Bakery. It's a great place to sit down, because the sweet delights served are vegan, lactose-free, gluten-free and soy-free. They also don't use industrial sugar. By the way, the name says it all at the Raw Bakery, where fruits, nuts, vegetables and herbs from organic farming are skillfully combined - without exceeding the 42-degree limit during preparation. The result is something to behold (and enjoy): sweet tooths can look forward to a turmeric latte with almond milk and cupcakes, sweet bowls or waffles with fruit. And for the savory gusto, great brunch combos and snacks await. Yum!
