Hotel NALA: elegant on the outside - quirky on the inside
The "NALA" was once a run-down hotel from the 1950s. Now it has been transformed into a trend-setting urban oasis featuring myriad thoughtful details.

From the outside, the Hotel NALA has a straightforward façade and a pleasantly quiet location in the center of town. But the inviting foyer is the entrance to a world of its own: surprising color combinations, sensual details, laid-back eccentricity; calm, elegant restraint - and above all hospitality. Here, the guest is king or queen, Sleeping Beauty, Snow White, businesswoman, Zen master; and a person whose wishes are individually catered for. Hardly any other central Innsbruck hotel is as quietly located as the "NALA" in the cozy Wilten district. In the south of the city, all you can hear apart from your own thoughts is the fountain in the park and the twittering of birds.

The fact that the "NALA" has become such a varied and individualistic haven is due to the creative input of many. Teamwork and the associated design processes were decisive for the result. Architect Armin Kathan was in charge of the interior design alongside Michaela Schweeger. For the "NALA", he expanded his otherwise rather functional style with a sensual, playful and very emotional design language. His dedication to detail is reflected in countless surprising and space-saving ideas: For example, Kathan created suitcase storage behind the wardrobe, fitted beds and bathtubs up high, and converted branches and ropes into handles. His design awakens the joy of discovery – almost every one of the 57 lovingly furnished rooms is unique.
If you love inspiration and are open to architectural surprises, this is the place for you. Whatever guests need, the team will cater to their individual wishes.
