They are all located in Europe and can be reached within a few hours - and are also perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway. With this in mind: Pack your bags, we're going to the beach!

Elafonisi Beach, Crete

The beach on the small island in the southwest of the Greek island of Crete immediately stands out for its unusual color: due to small shell particles mixed in the sand, it namely shines in delicate, pastel pink tones. Coupled with the clear, sky-blue waters of the Mediterranean, every photo taken on this delightful beach looks like a postcard.

Accessible by: car on the only paved road that branches off from Kissamos towards Vathi at Kefali.

On the northeast side of Mallorca, in the middle of an idyllic bay, this golden beach with crystal-clear water invites you to snorkel and swim. The cute beach bar provides visitors with refreshing drinks and salty snacks.

This delightful village on Italy's Amalfi Coast delights visitors with its colorful house fronts and stunning views. Spiaggo Grande, the largest beach in Positano, is located right at the foot of the village and - although it can get quite crowded on some days - brings back nostalgic memories of vacations of yesteryear.
