Because the rainforest not only surrounds the Boat House Bar. It also provides the drift wood from which parts of the furnishings are made. Regional ingredients are used. The menu features Mediterranean and Indonesian dishes.
Tip: a special feature are the Garden-to-Glass cocktails. The ingredients for this come from the hotel's own gardens.
